Today saw my first weigh-in on my “Twelve months, twelve diets” challenge and my first weigh-in on the Weight Watchers plan.
I am pleased to say that I lost 2lbs. Pleased because if I could lose 2lbs every week on my challenge then I would hit my goal weight before the twelve months were up and also pleased because I was a little ‘flexible’ with the plan this weekend.
I enjoyed the simplicity of my first week on Weight Watchers. I am still getting used to the SmartPoints and how to use these more wisely, but I like the fact that you can have a few slip ups and still see results. I am also very glad that my SmartPoints have reset themselves!
I have a tough week coming up, meals out on Wednesday and Thursday night and on Friday we go away for the weekend. Oh and there is also the little matter of my birthday on Saturday.
