Today was my second weigh in on the Happy Heart plan and I can report that my weight stayed the same.
My reasons for not losing any weight this week are straightforward enough, I enjoyed three decadent meals out, one night on the town and my exercise was severely reduced because of all my social engagements.
Hopefully this is just a blip and not symptomatic of my ‘success’ with diets, where I lose in week one but can’t seem to follow it up in subsequent weeks.
I plan to throw myself back into the Healthy Heart Happy Pear lifestyle and have a decent loss next week.
