1st weigh in – Self help books

Wow – my life is so hectic at the moment I barely have the time to weigh in, let alone blog about weighing in!

However, it is with great delight that I can report that when I weighed in yesterday, after a week of following the principles in Karina Melvin’s Artful Eating book, I had lost 4lbs!!!ย  This is the best result I’ve had in a single week of ‘dieting’ in years.

More to follow when life calms down, however for the moment I wanted to share this brilliant news with you.
