Well another month has come to an end and I can report it has been a successful one with five pounds lost.
Five pounds is the most I’ve lost on any of my diets so far (in my challenge Twelve months twelve different diets!). However, perhaps this is not as good as it sounds as I lost four pounds in the first week, so what have I been doing the rest of the time?!
Unlike the two diets that came before this one I still feel that I have so much to learn on the self-help “journey” and so much work that I could do using the techniques I’ve learnt about (some of which I’ve applied more successfully than others).
I will not choose another diet now until the New Year, but I will definitely continue to use my small plate, listen to my hunger signals and try to adopt balance in all things.
