3rd weigh in – 5:2 diet

Another successful week on the 5:2 diet with a 1lb loss.  This means that I have lost every week in 2018 and have lost 3.5lbs so far on the 5:2 diet.  I am very happy with these results (especially as it means that I survived the kebab supper last week! Last night’s supper – the abuse of a “5” day – 5:2 diet?!).
