Abandoned! – The Mediterranean diet

After a fantastic start to the year, my weight loss ground to a halt last week and then reversed in dramatic style this week when I put on 2.5lbs!  As I have some ambitious goals this year for both fitness and weight loss I do not feel that I can continue to follow a diet for another two weeks which obviously isn’t working for me.  Therefore, I am taking the unprecedented step of abandoning the Mediterranean Diet midway so that I can choose a diet that is more suited to me.
