Final weigh in – 16:8 diet

Today was my final weigh in on the 16:8 diet and I’ve only lost a pound and a half. Grumpf!

I am a bit disappointed by this because the 16:8 or 8 Hour Diet really is the easiest diet I’ve tried so far and so it would have been GREAT if it was the magic bullet.  In hindsight though it was obviously easy because I wasn’t restricting my calories enough during my 8 hours of eating!

Oh well, onwards and upwards (downwards) and time to try my next diet.

    If your 1.5 lb loss is genuine at loss – and not just a fluctuation- that would be great! I’d be happy to lose 9lb in 6 months!!! A good lifestyle diet by the sound of if!

    1. Thank you, yes pretty sure it’s genuine. Doesn’t mean I couldn’t put it back on though just as quickly!!
