Today was my final weigh in on the 16:8 diet and I’ve only lost a pound and a half. Grumpf!
I am a bit disappointed by this because the 16:8 or 8 Hour Diet really is the easiest diet I’ve tried so far and so it would have been GREAT if it was the magic bullet. In hindsight though it was obviously easy because I wasn’t restricting my calories enough during my 8 hours of eating!
Oh well, onwards and upwards (downwards) and time to try my next diet.
