Wow – it’s been over a month since my last blog post – 12 months, 12 diets – My Fitness Pal – where I explained that I had a “very busy 3 weeks coming up” and that I was going to try counting calories as the next diet in my Twelve months twelve different diets! challenge.
Well, I didn’t lie about one thing, I have been very busy, but I haven’t been calorie counting or Slimming Worlding or doing much else to tackle my weight to be honest. I haven’t even had a chance to read all the blogs that I follow, let alone write one of my own, something that I hope to rectify over the next few days as I love reading about peoples’ adventures via their blogs.
So, I’m here to relaunch the My Fitness Pal challenge with hopefully a bit more success than last month.

P.S. with regards to weigh-ins I’ve put on 4lb at club, so I still have my half a stone award – just!!
