2nd week’s weigh-in

I had a little gain on the scales this week, half a pound on, but I’m not disheartened as it’s been a really rubbishy hormonal week and I know it’s not real weight.  I spent the first half of the week eating everything in sight and the second half feeling so lousy that I was eating very little.  Hey ho, I’m almost through it and hope for a good loss next week.IMG_2771
